Crown Trade Clean Extreme Mould Inhibiting Scrubbable Matt is a professional water-based emulsion for interior walls and ceilings that does two jobs at once: it keeps mould at bay and it stands up to heavy cleaning. A slow-release fungicide stays active in the dried paint film to inhibit mould growth on the surface, while the tough matt finish shrugs off stains and can be scrubbed clean again and again without polishing up or losing its looks.

How to use

Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and sound. On new or porous surfaces, apply a mist coat thinned with 20–40% clean water, then follow with two full coats. Allow around a week for the finish to fully cure before scrubbing. Interior use only – don't apply in low temperatures; see the tin for full instructions.
