Tikkurila Vinyl Matt is a high-performance, water-based full matt emulsion for interior walls and ceilings. It gives an even, non-reflective finish with great hiding power, and is washable to EN 13300 wet scrub Class 2. Low VOC and M1 emission rated, it suits living rooms, bedrooms and other dry rooms on plaster, filled surfaces, concrete and building boards. Choose White, or a colour mixed to order.
